The thesis is dedicated to a problem of the scientific substantiation of hygienic regulation of nonionizing radiation produced by radiotechnical equipment for cellular mobile communications and elaboration of preventive actions as pertaining to human exposure to this factor. The appropri-atenesses of distribution of EMF from radiotechnical equipment for cellular mobile communica-tions have been determined, as well as the measurement procedures of an electromagnetic environ-ment in places of allocation and operation of the mobile communications radiotechnical objects have been designed.
