Essay

Dependence of intensity of epidemic spreading of infection on climatic and geographical characteristics of district is revealed. Recommendations for volume and direction of laboratory researches of environment in territories that concern to different climatic zones of Ukraine are given. The opportunity of persistence of V. cholerae with blue-green alga in the environment with increased contents of NaCl is revealed. The new technique of definition of toxigenicity of V. cholerae on culture of cells HeLa is developed.
