In the thesis the local literature study methodological provision usage in the system of post diploma еducation of the teachers is theoretically grounded and experimentally tested. The local literature study content formation conceptual principles and criteria are determined, the local literature study teaching methods and techniques system on the innovative pedagogical technologies is worked out. It is established that the local literature study usage in the qualification improvement effectively influences on the level of the teachers' professional competency.
