The objekt is a compiex prodaction process; the aims in order to increase the efficiecy of control system of complex production; the methods are theoretical analysis and synthesis, mathematical and statistical methods; the new approach lies the methods of creating subsystems of complicated production process and their modeling have been elaborated by risk index; the main include algorithms of imitative modeling of provision systems for neutralization of the influens ofdestabilizing factors; fll this thesis has been introduced into the completion of the dwelling building, on Odessa rail for the provision of safe conditions of the labour of working peoples, into educational process; the field is building production.
