Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the role of age and ionizing irradiation in the pathomorphoses of the chronic helicobacter gastritis in liquidators of the consequences of Chernobyl accident (LCCA). It has been shown that the development of pathological process of chronic helicobacter gastritis depends from age, organism of LCCA was exposed to the effect of “Chornobyl factor”. Structural rearrangements of mucous membrane of stomach (MMS) of LCCA with chronic helicobacter gastritis is not equivalent of structural rearrangements of MMS of control groups with phisiological aging. Prognostic importance of infringements of regeneration as regards to carcinogenesis is discussed.Weak сorrelations were revealed between age of LCCA and degree of infiltration of lamina propria of MMS of antrum section by mononuclears, between age of LCCA and infiltration of lamina propria by neutrophils, between age and atrophy of MMS, between age and degree of Helicobacter pylori in MMS of antrum section.
