In work current of pregnancy and sorts at HIV-infection women in conditions of the South of Ukraine is investigated for the first time. The special attention is given to studying of clinical and morphological condition of fetus-placental complex, as the uniform of mechanisms providing processes gestation and perinatal consequence. It is proved? That HIV-infected pregnant, who are especial users of drug substances, concern to group of risk of the complicated current process, group of risk of bleedings and group of high risk of development of secondary relative fetus - placental insufficiency. In work it is shown, that HIV-infection is an infringement of all functions of a placenta, especially hormonal and trophic. For reception of the information such methods of diagnostics were used: clinical, biochemical, hormonal and morphological. For studying the data of the anamnesis, objective given researches, the data on course of the present pregnancy and sorts we developed a special cart of inspections.
