Essay

The clinico-laboratory study of 110 subjects has been carried out, 84 of them had acute (42) or chronic (42) inflammations of the sinus paranasale, 26 subjects were the controls. The method of radioimmunological and immunopherments analysis depending on the severity of the inflammation has determined the following types of reaction of antiinflammatary prostaglandines and citocynes, antiinflammatary interleikines: the contents of PGE-2 increases depending the severity of inflammation. The treatment including the block of synthesis of cyclooxigenase and H-1 of gistamin receptories, has considerably lowered the level of PGE-2. The balance of antiinflammatiary citocynes (Silt-lb, TNF-and Silt-6) and antiinflammatary interleikines (Silt-2, Silt-4) reflected the condition of general biologic relations between "damage" and "protection". The four types of general pathological types of a citocynes reactions at an inflammation of sinus paranasale have been determined: hyperergic, normergic, hypoergic and hypoergic, close to anergic. Surgical and conservative treatment of the focus of inflammation, general treatmemt including immunomoduiation, the normalization of disbalance of citocynes promoted. The index of citocynes was much lesser, than before the treatment.
