Essay

The dissertation is devoted to problem of the role transurethral resection in the complex treatment of the patients with late stages of a cancer prostate. In our work study, the researches 92 patients with prostatic cancer in a stage T3-T4 and 56 patients of control group hormonetherapy only were included. The algorithm of treatment of the patients with late stages of a prostate cancer including the transurethral resection as an integrated part of medical management. The results of our clinical researches allow to conclude, that the transurethral resection of prostate in lated stages of a prostate cancer is effective and not influencing on local progression and distant metastases of the tumor.
