Danilevskaya O. Trend of dairy cattle breeding development and distribution and its economic efficiency increase.

Object of research: quantitive and qualitive indexes of the dairy cattle breeding at the farms and private farms distributed in different country natural economic areas, formation of its production potential under transition to a market economy conditions. The purpose of research: the Thesis goal consists to generalize the theoretic and methodological provisions of milk production efficient development, study of tendencies and grounding of its distribution taking into consideration the regional agriculture particular features, development of forecast parameters of the milk raw material at the farms and private farms under transition to a market economy conditions. Methods: the following methods of economic studies were been used in the work: economic statistical, batch statistical, graphical, comparison, normative, calculative constructive, extrapolation, correlation regressive case, index, balance and others. Theoretical and practical results: provision to develop methodical thesis of the dairy cattleproductive potential forecast, its regional distribution under transition to a market economy conditions; the milk production economic efficiency increase and way out of the dairy cattle breeding crisis; elaboration of the branch development strategy and tactics for the short- and long-range prospects. Scientific novelty: completed theoretical and methodic principles of the essence and content of factors for improvement of dairy cattle breeding regional distribu-tion and detected regions with the highest demand on the branch production; are formulated conceptual provi-sions of the dairy cattle number increase, introduction to the branch of advanced achievements of scientific technical progress, economic efficiency increase of the milk raw production; developed the forecast parameters of dairy cattle breeding development and distribution for the period till 2005. Degree of introduction: the study results are reflected at the "Program of cattle breeding and poultry farming stabilization and development for the years 2001 - 2004", developed in accordance to the President of Ukraine Decree on February 17, 2001 "On the measures as to stabilization of situation at consumers market and cattle breeding development in the years 2001 - 2002", and are implemented at the farms and private farms; are used at the economic subjects teaching educational processes.
