Technological processes of pressing and pressing with shearing of kermet. A development of the theory of a strain and interparticles links at pressing with shearing of powder waste, development of crowding technological processes of slags of secondary aluminum manufacture and of Ni-slimes with application of plastic metal working operations. The methods of research are the kinematics equations of current of porous body, method of gradient descent, methods of a mathematical statistician. The recommended parameters of pressing processes are defined and their influence on physical-mechanical properties of briquettes is determined. The analysis of stress-strain state at pressing with shear is executed, the technique of calculation of a tangential stresses is developed and its influence on properties of briquettes is appreciated. The mathematical model of interparticles links of a powder body is submitted. The technological processes of pressing and pressing with shearing of powder waste on a basis of Al-slags are defined. The results of research are introduced in manufacture with annual economic effect 80 thousand grn. Sphere of use - manufactures on reclamation of industrial wastes.
