The object of research: bee-keeping farms with different forms of property - agriculture enterprises, auxiliary farming, existing channels of realization of bee-keeping produce (honey, pollen, bee-glue, royal jelly, bee-poison, bee-hives), with consideration demand and supply one. The aim of research: improvement of essential principles of forming market price and market relations and basement of given scientific and practical recommendations and proposes concerning bee-keeping market development. The main methods: monographic, graphic, statistic-economic, calculate-structural, abstractedly-logical, sociological method, questionnaire, integrated and comparative analysis. Theoretical and practical results: suggest methodological approaches of analysis of forming expenses and determination of economic effectiveness of bee-keeping production output at the auxiliary farms; was determinate efficient level of expenses and price level on bee-keeping produce; prescribed main forming factors of demand and supply on the market of bee- keeping produce; uncover pattern tendencies of modern development of bee-keeping production market; proposed arrangements for improvement of bee-keeping production marketing and the proposals concerning perfection of it's price-creating. The scientific novelty of dissertation: consists in accurate definition of methods of bee-keeping production's economical effectiveness determination in conditions of market relations forming and quantitative definition of effectiveness level. Stated main factors of demand and supply forming in bee-keeping market at present conditions. Used the complex approach to researching of economical problems of bee-keeping production market, forming it's supply in public and private sectors of economy. Perfected methodology of self-coast definition of bee-keeping production in private farms of Ukraine, elaborated research-and-production aspects of strategy bee-keeping branch, taking into consideration the bee-keeping production substitution by the alternative kinds of production, in conditions of transfer to market economy; methodological bases of priced-creating for bee-keeping production got further development; for the first time substantiated proposals concerning market infrastructure and bee-keeping production marketing (distribution channels, advertising, package); processed the forecast of honey production in regions of Ukraine on the basis of rates of consumption of honey by different groups of population. The level of implementation: proposals, elaborated as result of research of Prokopovich Institute of bee-keeping UAAS, and also in studying process of higher educational institutions. The efficiency: will assist to more effective using of resource potential of bee-keeping branch, improvement of forming of bee-keeping market production, perfection of economical mechanism of market relations adjustment in Ukraine.
