Scientific researches are devoted to the question of local replacing therapy of maxilla alveolar process defects, arising after extraction of teeth. The aim of the work is increased of treatment quality of surgical stomatological patients by the way of friquency reduction of postopirative complications and the degree of atrophic process, if the result of maxilla bone tissue after operation of extraction of the tooth. It was passed examination and treatment of 128 patients, addressed to the stomatological hospital for extraction of the tooth on the jccasion of complicated caries. All examined patients was distributed on 3 clinical groups in depend on method of treatment use. Control for flow of inflammatory reaction at operative trauma and recovering processes realised with help of clinical, biochemical (blood and saliva), cytochemical (blood) and special (roentgenography, termometry, antropometry) methods of examination. At the results of passed antropoimetric examination that sizes of maxilla alveolarprocesses befor operation and after postorerative period was determined, that rates of bone decrease are more express during the first month after extraction of the tooth (gorizontal atrophy - 13,2%, vertical - 11,8%), further its essentially dicraese and during of obsurvation from 4 till 12 monthes remain at the level 1-2%. Dynamic of clinical symptom changies of local temperature of tissues in the zone of passed operation, and also complex of biochemical indexes are testified about that less expressed local inflammatory reaction at surgical trauma are developed in patients at close of bone wound by brefo-ceramic material. Process of inflammation display after replacing of tooth small cavity by clot of blood. It presence, on data of analized indexes, is at 10-th day, when at use of brefo-ceramic material - at 7-th day of postoperative period. The introduction in the small cavity of tooth of preparation kergap is dicreases a temp of atrophy at 4,5% (during of 3 months) and at 7% after 1 year of obsurvation).The more expressed effect of holding of bone tissue atrophy is received at replacing of afteroperative defect of alveolar process by brefo-ceramic material (at 7,2% after 3 months and at 11,4% during 1 year).
