Aleksandrova A. The raising economic effeciency of the functioning of farms

Object of research: appropriatenesses of functioning and development of the farms set up in the process of reformation of the agrarian sector of economy. Aim: scientific grounding of farms' rational sizes and optimum branch structure with regard for their resource potential, specialization direction and development tendencies. Methods: economico-statistical, abstract and logical, graphic, economic and mathematical modelling. Results: the proposals directed at the raising economic efficiency of the farms have been carried out. Nowness: for the first time the author has improved the methods of defining rational sizes and optimum branch structure of the investigated region's farms with regard for their specialiration including livestock farms for raising economic efficiency of the functioning of farms.
