Essay

The object of research is adjacent to a terrestrial surface the atmospheric boundary layer (АBL) with height 1,5-2 km above territory of Indochina peninsula. The quantitative characteristics of space-time distribution of meteorological values and turbulence parameters are received. The method of research - physical and mathematical modeling of ABL structure are spreading of pollution substances near to ground surface. The method of daily forecast of internal structure АBL for typical synoptical situations in consideration of stratification, baroclinity and non-stationary is elaborated for the first time. It is recommended for use in Hydrometeoservise depatments and ecological control organs of Republic of Vietnam.
