Zaxarchuk O. Economic relations in Vinitsa region's grain product complex

The object of research: processes of interchange that take place in agricultural, flour-grinding, provender milling, baking and trading enterprises of all property kinds in Vinnitsa region. The aim of research: working up of effective market mechanism of economic relations among grain-producing enterprises and grain-processing plants in integrated systems. The main methods: abstractedly-logical, calculate-structural, system-defined and factorial analysis, analytic grouping, indicial, balanced, graphic, economic-mathematical modeling, monographic research. Theoretical and practical results are aimed at increase of economic effectiveness of both the whole of grain-product complex and its separate constituent on the base of providing with mutually beneficial conditions for functioning of all units; will assist in forming of post-privatization tactics and strategy of grain-product complex enterprises development; are introducing the mechanism because of which material interest and responsibility of each subject of integrated grain-product complex for the final results of activities are to increase; exceed the bounds of the region that is under consideration and can be widespread into the other regions of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of dissertation lies in substantiating of economic relation system for units of grain-product complex: grain-producers, grain-processors and grain-product trading enterprises. It was given a more precise definition of the essence of economic relations of grain-product complex subjects and it was substantiated the system of measures on distribution of final financial results in it - receiving of dividends upon the stocks, distribution of incomes through the average norm of profits and through the gross added value of each unit; it was defined the tendency of economic development of grain-product complex separate units of the region and it was discovered the factors that caused their instability and non-synchronism; it was proposed the perspective organizational forms of integrated structures for producing of different kinds of gain products that will work according to the coordinated agreement concerning the final result; in first time it was worked up the economic-mathematical model of incomes distribution on the base of average norm of profit, taking into the account the value of functioning capital and rate of turnover of working capital of enterprises of different branches of grain-product complex, which allows to realize economically equivalent distribution of final results among the partners of integrated system; it was defined mote accurately the strategically orientated functions of State concerning regulation of activities of integrated systems in grain-product complex. The level of implementation: proposals that were worked up as a consequence of research are used by Vinnitsa Regional Association "Khlib Vinnitchiny", Public Corporation "Vinnytsyakhlib", and were included into the regional program "Zerno Vinnychyny - 2001-2004" The efficiency will assist to more effective usage of resource potential of grain-product complex, to improvement of forming of economic relations among its units in integrated systems, to perfection of economic mechanism of incomes distribution in them.
