Kotov A. Surgical treatment of necrotizing pancreatitis, complicated with parapancreatitis

Dissertation is devoted to the questions of clinical and laboratory diagnostics and differential surgical treatment of necrotizing pancreatitis, complicated with parapancreatitis. Clinical criteria of parapancreatitis are elucidated, which are dependent from morphological form of pancreatitis and the terme of disease.The relevant diagnostic and prognostic role of the cytochemical indicators of neutrophil granulocytes was shown. The new prognostic method of the course necrotizing pancreatitis and the method of surgical treatment are developed on which the Ukraine patents have been got. The algorythme of rational surgical tactics, based on pathomorphological form of parapancreatitis was substantiated and developed.
