The thesis is dedicated to the study of the main characteristics of the birth-rate, tendencies of its dynamics and the state of reproductional health of the population living in the most radioactive contaminated as a result of Chernobyl accident regions of Ukraine. The degree of the contribution of factors to the change of birth-rate level are determined. The increase of relative risks of reproductional losses from accumulated collective radiation doze has been established. Recomendations have been developed.
