Object - the process of formation of rhetorical skills of future social teachers. The Aim - to prove and check up the technology of formation of rhetorical skills theoretically experimentally. Methods - analysis; pedagogic observation, experiment, statistic methods. Results: the contents of concept "thetorical skill" is opened, their model is developed; the system of the given skills of tile social teachers, the criteria's of estimation and parameters of formation level is determined; the technology of formation of rhetorical skills is developed; the program, and the methodical materials to practical classes, training and independent work of the rhetoric are developed.
