Object - professional self-determination of pupils of the basic school (at lessons of labour training). The purpose - to reveal pedagogy conditions of professional self-determination of pupils and to determine opportunities of their realization. Methods: analysis, comparison and generalization, empirical. Results: that influence of social problems of learning youth on professional self-determination of schoolboys in conditions and educational process at lessons for the first time is opened; concrete pedagogical conditions of maintenance of professional self-determination of pupils; experimental check of a complex of the actions directed on increase of levels of forming of motivation of labor activity of pupils through created pedagogy conditions.
