The dissertation is dedicated to surgical treatment of ulcer disease of stomach, depending on availability and expression of displastic changes of epithelium of slimy capsule. The character of displastic changes of stomach with ulcer stomach localization is learned. The algorithm of adequate choice of volume and the method of the operation at different types of stomach ulcers with taking into account the availability and expression of displastic changes of slimy capsule is worked out and grounded. Two means of surgery treatment of ulcer disease of stomach of the Ist, IIId types, which is accompanied with chronic breach of duodenal permeability of the IIId degree on segmentary corporal resection of stomach with saving piloroantral section with cutting out ulces, is perfected and patented.
