The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of the obstructive colon cancer surgical treatment. The effectiveness of ceruloplasmin usage with the aim to correct liver morphofunctional state in the patients with obstructive colon cancer complex surgical treatment of was proved on 135 patients and 57 dogs. Ceruloplasmin administrations and differentiated surgical tactics depending on colon obstruction degree and the level of endogenous intoxication furthered the significant improvement of immediate results of their treatment.
