Essay

It was revealed that complex herbal composition is more effective in comparison with treatment that uses only one medical plant. The new complex collection, proposed by us, has more strong influence upon carbohydrate and lipid exchange, comparing to other plant remedies and collection "Arfazetіn" in experiment and clinical trials. It was first discovered the hypoglycaemic advantage of the new complex collection over the official collection "Arfazetіn" and more effective hypoglycaemic influence in complex usage with sulfonylureas in treatment of Dіabetes Mellitus of type 2. The use of new complex collectіon favourably influences upon clinical course of disease, stimulates the decrease of blood pіruvate and glucose level іn blood, stabilises pіruvatdehydrogenase system, decreases the excretion of (-ketoacіds and glucose with urine, cholesterol and ?-lipoproteins.
