Dissertation includes comprehensive analysis of jural law, of its essence and legal characteristics based on the up-to-date understanding of law; reveals concept of supremacy of jural law and mechanism of its enforcement. Supremacy of jural law is considered to be the basis for ensuring supremacy of law as a such. Dissertation comprises conclusions on the need in jural law and its supremacy in order to deepen jural substance of normative and legal regulation, as well as to build jural state and highly developed civil society.
