Essay

The thesis is dedicated to research of a morphological, physiological and biochemic heterotrophia of aerococcuses, that form the basis A-bacterinum, for carry out new probiotics and possibility to control of their authenticity. The differences of cultures aerococcuses on biochemical and physiological properties that have a miscellaneous origin availability in a population of aerococcuses, "H202" mutants of aerococcuses which were not described earlier, that have the composite morphological changes explained by heightened production of methylglyoxal. Two variants of the strain of aerococcuses are selected: 167 - polyresis-tant to antibiotics, and strain 308 - inactive "H202" mutant intended for obtaining of highly active clones of aerococcuses during a reversion or genetical transformation. The selective - indicative mediums for aerococcuses are designed, that resolve to conduct allocation aerococcuses from contamination of other bacterias of A-bacterinum, to differentiate them on biochemical activity,to investigate their biochemical heterogeneity. Is designed highly sensitive lactateoxidase sensor for definition of lactic acid on the basis of cultures of aerocones with heightened lactateoxidase activity.
