The dissertation is devoted to the problems of property right of Ukraine's Trade Unions. The conception of trade unions' property right and its place in the system of ownership of Ukraine are revealed here. The description of subjects and objects, the substance of trade union's ownership and bases of its origin are also considered. The conception of the object of trade unions' ownership is formed. The classification of subjects and objects of trade union's ownership is adduced. The problems of realization of property rights by trade unions are considered. The prepositions as for improvement of legislation that regulates of trade unions' property are introduced.
