The object - adiposis women; aim - improvement of methods of treatment of adiposis women with climacteric derangements on the bosis of determination of peculiarities of climacteric syndrome course; methods - radioimmune, spectrophotometric, fluorometric statistic ones; equipment - spectrofluorometer "Hitachi 4F", gamma counter device "PACK-gamma"; results - predominance of normal and hyperoestrogenous state has been discovered among adiposis women with CS, if hyperadrogenous syndrome is available, the application of hormonal replacement therapy with agrogenous effect is required, the forming of the marked psycho-emonational disorders is accounted for the serotonin deficiency, the efficiency of heterotypical transplantation of cryoconserved placental tissue for the purpose of raising of reserved and compensatory resources of an organism has been shown; newness - prevalence of adiposis has been first discovered, the functional state of hypophysis-ovary, sympatolitic-adrenal system, POL-AOS, cortisal-insulin system has been studied, the necessity of individnal approach to the choice of methods of CS correction has been substantiated; these methods has been introduced into practice of applying - medicine: obsterics and gynaecology.
