The relative aspects of clinical flow of climacteric symptoms at the women living in terrains with a various level of radionuclide contamination are investigated. The role of the psyhosocial factors in a genesis of climacteric infringements is shown. The interrelation between clinical, psyhosocial, endocrinocogical and hemostaziological by infringements at the women with of climacteric symptoms fixed. Are developed and the practical references on downstroke of frequency and degree of gravity of climacteric infringements at the women living in terrain with a high level of radionuclide contamination on the basis of use of hormonal therapy and complex fitotherapy are introduced.
