. The dissertation is devoted to study features of molecular mechanisms platelet adrenoreceptors at hypertensive patients.The peculiarities of sympathoadrenal system and platelet adrenoreceptors activity at different stages at hypertension are established. The criteria of differentiation of the persons with borderline hypertension and method of forecasting of disease development are developed. It was shown, that the therapy with enalapril enders positive influence on platelets function at the patients with the mild hypertension .
