The object of research: the innovative enterprise activity of Kharkiv region; the aim of research: theoretical gronnding and scientific-practical recommendation development as to evaluate the efficiency of the enterprise innovative projects taking into accountrisk specific to the innovative project and scientifically drounded discount rate; methods of research and mechanism: methods of of logic generalization, technic-economic analysis, methods of experfevaluation, system approach; theoretic and practical results: the essence and meaning of the notions 'innovation', 'innovation project', 'innovation project risk' and classification of the mentioned notions, methodic approach to determine the a monnt of innovation project risk, methodic recommendations to determin the amount of discount rate, methodic recommendations as to cross evaluation of the innovation project risk acconding to the financial possibilities of the enterprise, integral index of the evaluation of the innovation project efficiency is grounded, methodic evaluation of the innovation enterprise project efficiency is researched, theoretical essence of the graunded results lies in the fact of further increase of the innovative projict efficiency of the enterprises; the subject and degree of introduction: developments are introduced into Kharkiv regional department of Ukrainian state innovativ compani, State Economic department in kharkiv regional administration, Dzerzhinski region finance department, closed joint stok department 'Inctitut of criogen technologes'; the sphere of usage: state establishment commercial bodies, state enterprise and teaching process.
