The author of this dissertation paper has extensively studied the nature of organization and economic principles of inter-farm cooperation in servicing agricultural technological machinery. The work provides clear definitions of the principal categories on the subject being studied, and complements the classification of types of inter-farm machinery service cooperation according to its principles and forms. It also pioneers in assessment of the set of organizational and economic preconditions for further development of various types of such cooperation in agribusiness. The prime objective of this work is the study of the ways towards perfection of organizational schemes and operational efficiency in the use of agricultural technological machinery through inter-farm cooperation. In this dissertation paper, the author has suggested an estimation technique for assumed costs for repairs and technical service of the machinery, and demonstrates the validity of such a technique for comparative analysis of economic efficiency of using the machinery on an individual farm and with that in inter-farm business cooperation. The author has expanded the methodological approach towards basic quantitative parameters of economic efficiency, which are required for estimation of business risk factors pertaining to equipment investments, and also suggested a pattern technique for matrix useful for analysis of machinery services. The work contributes significantly to organizational and legislative principles of management of machinery service companies in inter-farm business cooperation.
