Concept of market economy principles usage is developed for choice and scientific justification of main ways and facilities of gas pipeline transportation systems performance raise. The basic core of the concept is production function of gas pipeline transportation systems. Methodological basis of mathematical modeling and calculations of production function of gas mains are created using basic laws of gaseous thermodynamics. System of mathematical models for market analysis of gas pipeline transportation performance is designed according to criteria index of profitability. Profitability index is determined according to the market principle of bulk invadings and bulk expenditures comparison. Concept of optimum efficiency of gas pipelines is designed and it forms a basis for estimation of gas pipeline transportation performance in market conditions. Absolutely new system of calculated models for estimation of gas transportation performance is proposed using production resources.
