Essay

Object - the processes of drawing of hollow cylindrical parts from sheet blanks; objective - increasing technical-and-economic indexes of combined drawing of hollow cylinders: productivity, metal saving, quality of parts; methods - theoretical analysis and experimental investigations, mathematical computer modeling; new - for the first time it is developed mathematical model of stress-strain state of combined drawing of hollow cylinders, providing by computational experiments to determine the parameters of stress-strain state of metal, to vary by parameter many times, giving an opportunity for designer to estimate many variants and to select the best one; results - mathematical models and algorithms for the base of knowledge of systems of automatic Designing for sheet stamping, recommendations for multyvariant designing of technological processes, procedures and soft wares for designing the technologies in industry and educational process; introduction - the results of the wark are introduced into production (at machine building plant in the form of the experimental sample of cylinder) and into educational process of East-Ukrainian National University named after V.Dal (in the form of procedures and softwares). It allowed to reduce material expenses up to 15% and to decrease working hours of manufacture on 20%.
