Essay

For the first time the estimation of condition of antitoxic immunity against diphtheria and a level of circulation of the agents of diphtheria amongst military men of Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is proved, that development of an unfavorable epidemic situation on diphtheria in Armed Forces of Ukraine is connected to a low level of immunity against diphtheria of personnel in conditions of a high level of circulation of the agents of diphtheria amongst military men. It is demonstrated, that there is a necessity of implementation the obligatory control by the epidemiologist over the realization of preventive measures amongst recruits in order to increase the efficiency of a complex of preventive measures against diphtheria in Armed Forces of Ukraine.
