Essay

The dissertation is devoted to diagnosis and surgical treatment of Mirizzi's syndrome. Based on anatomo-topographic changes brought out during the surgical treatment eight types of Mirizzi's syndrome were disinguished. In 36 (51,4%) of patients the restored and in 34 (48,6%) one the reconstructive operations were performed for the correction of revealed the complications. Laparoscopic intervention for Mirizzi's syndrome was performed with success in 8 (10,3%) of patients. According to the results of that work were elaborated the algorhythms of pre-operativc examination and surgical treatment of Mirizzi's syndrome.
