Research object: blood fill biotissue. The purpose of study: development of noninvasive optical methods of investigation of characteristics of blood fill of a biotissue. Methods: spectroscopic, spectrophotometric, pulseoxymetry and mathematical statistic methods. Results: Analytical dependence between the light modulation coefficients ratio for two wavelengths upon both scattering coefficients of biotissue has been obtained for the first time. The new method of definition of scattering coefficients of a biotissue in vivo has been offered and the values of scattering coefficients on different wavelengths where obtained. The changes of a scattering coefficient for local inhomogeneity of a tissue have been studied experimentally as well as the opportunity of definition and localization of bands of a changed tissue have been shown. The method of definition of relative blood volume has been designed. The procedure of definition of blood oxygen saturation has been designed, that allows determining the valueof saturation for each pulse beat with accuracy not less then 0.3 %. The effect of diminution of saturation under influence of low energy laser radiation was registrated and investigated. Field of application - scientific institutions for medical and biological studies.
