Kolesnyk I. Transformation of land relations in the agrarian field

Object of research: agricultural products manufactures of Vinnitsa region. The purpose of research: substantion and development of proposals concerning the improvement of land relations in epoch of agrarian reform. Methods: dialectical method of perception, abstract and logic, monographic, comparative, diagram method. Theoretical and practical results: the definition of "land relations" was completed; the definition of "land market" was enlarged; the structural progress in landed property was discovered, the peculiarities of land relation betwen the market-type agricultural formatios were determined; the existence dependency of change concerning the land relations and effective land tenure was revealed. Scientific novelty: for the first time the organization chart of land market was elaborated; recommendations of rent determination have been present; the mechanism of mortgage lending on the security of land was proposed as a method of investigation intothe agricultural production. Degree of introduction: the Mogilev-Podolsky district administration of agriculture under the State Administration of Vinnitsa region admitted principal results of this inquiry to introduction. Efficiency: introduction of the inquiry results will develop forming and functioning of the civilized land marcet, let to put the land into circulation, to create the favorable conditions for realizatio of the right of land property.
