Gal'chyns'ka V. Organization economic bases of vegetable seeds cultures market formation in Ukraine

Object of research: the enterprises, selection and research establishments, which carry out the appropriate functions in the market vegetable seeds cultures. The purpose of research: an estimation of a modern condition and development of organizational-economic bases of increase of a production efficiency vegetable seeds cultures, substantiation of its rational structure on prospect, definition of directions of improvement of selection job and formation of the price on vegetable seeds cultures. Methods: the system analysis, statistical-economic, groupings, indexes, monographic, expert estimations, abstract-logic, system-functional, graphic, count-constructive, balance; a method of the comparative analysis. Theoretical and practical results: are developed of organizational bases of functioning of the market vegetable-seeds enterprises of system of association "Ukrsortnasinnyaovoch"; the forecast of manufacture of vegetables open to a ground is processed, the structure of need in assortment of vegetableseeds cultures on zones till 2010 is determined; the forms of improvement of organization of work and its payment in vegetable-seeds enterprises are determined. Scientific novelty: the methodical approaches to definition paying back of expenses for selection and ways of increase of efficiency of cultivation seeds of vegetables and improvement of system of their realization are offered; the model of strategic directions of the extended reproduced process in system vegetable-seeds enterprises of Ukraine is developed; the offers on improvement formation of the price on vegetable seeds cultures with definition of a priority of quality are proved. Degree of introduction: the results are introduced in a pilot farm Skvirska skilled station, are used by an economic service of association "Ukrsortnasinnyaovoch". Efficiency: the results of researches will assist escalating and to more effective utilization of resource potential of seed fund, improvement of formation of the market vegetable-seeds of production.
