Essay

The object is dissipativ-thermal processes in electrooptical crystals of a class 42m of resonant microwaves of modulators of laser beams on a basis half-coaxial resonators; the aims to creation of electrooptical resonant microwaves of modulators for laser range finders-refractometer with an absolute tool error of measurement of length no more 0,05 mm at confidential probability P = 0,95; the methods are theoretical researches are carried out by the decision of regional tasks by a method of own functions with application of numerical researches of two-dimensional sign-variable rows; experimental researches are carried out by exact direct and indirect methods of measurements with use of means of measurements of distributions of electromagnetic and temperature fields both in cavities of resonators, and on surfaces of crystals; the new approach lies in numerical results for electromagnetic, temperature fields and analytical expressions for metrological characteristics electrooptical modulators are received: depths of modulation, factor of harmonics of the promodulated laser beam and phase distortions; results - for the first time highly stable electrooptical resonant microwaves modulators which are introduced into laser range finders-refractometer with absolute instrumental error of measurement of length no more 0,05 mm at P = 0,95 are developed and created; a scope - laser techniques.
