Object of the investigation - the figure of the Earth and gravity field in the Black and Azov sea area; goal - geoid construction and satellite altimetry data inversion into the gravity anomalies by applying the kernel function of point singularities; methods - collocation and regularization; theoretical and practical results have been provided the geoid construction with the accuracy 5-7 cm and the gravity anomalies inversion with the accurace 5-6 mGal; novelty consists of the application of the singular point kernal function for the inversion of altimetry data into the gravity anomalies; installation is planned; field of usage - solution of different problem of geodesy, geophysic, geodynamic, geology, oceanography and space researches.
