Object - a by-product of processing of a soya on fodder and foodstuff; the purpose - scientifically to prove an opportunity of use okara in compound feed the industries, to develop technology of introduction in mixed fodders; methods - eksperementy, physical and chemical, mathematical and statistical; it is developed TU 013903778-63-2000 on a new kind of raw material - okara; novelty - it is determined a chemical compound, physicotechnological, phisikal properties, rational modes of drying and storage okara, it is offered the circuit of introduction okara; it is recommended to use a new kind of raw material on compound feed factories.
