The thesis is devoted to the improvement of complex therapy of chronic prostatitis taking into account etiological factors of the origin of the diseases, the character of its clinical course, possible involvement in inflammatory process of other adnezal genital glands (seminal vesicles, testes, epididymidis) as well as the degree of copulative and reproductive functions disorders in ill men. The diagnostic and prognostic significance of combined study of qualitative and quantitative composition of a number of prostate secretion, seminal vesicles and ejaculate indices and the indices of local immunity of urogenital tract for timely individualized corrections of the treatment of patients is proved what is of particular medical and social importance especially from the standpoint the restoration of their reproductive health.
