The thesis is devoted to a surgical treatment the patients with chronic cholesteatomatous otitis media and normal and social-adequate preoperative hearing function, clinical-laboratory base of treatment's choice, agressive cholesteatoma study. Clinical, morphological, electron-microscopic, hystochemical and biochemical signs of middle ear cholesteatoma aggression were determined.
