Object of research - modern vertical movements and deformations of the Earth's surface East Europe of mountain systems by results of repeated precision levellings; Тhe purpose of research - development of methods of representation of the vertical movements velocities gradients of the Earth's surface mapping (VMVGES) , which most authentically and evidently display superficial display of deep geodynamic processes; А method of research - the statistical analysis and filtration of initial databases influence of the factors not geodynamic of a nature; Мethods of research and equipment - analytical, numerical, graphic with use of the appropriate mathematical and graphic packages; The theoretical and practical results enable to make the optimized maps VMVGES and, which help of them we can value parameters modern vertical movements and and deformations of the Earth's surface, and other; Novelty work is in development of a technique of the optimized maps VMVGES, which takes into account geomorfologic stabilityof benchmarks and geometry of tectonic blocks as well, and also in development of algorithm of definition of an optimum degree of a filtration of a database; a degree of introduction: the given technique is introduced in research institute of a geodesy, of cartography and geocomputer science and is used for processing materials repeated levellivgs; sphere of use - with the purpose of the further interpretation of these movements the experts, which are worked in branch of a geodesy, cartography, geophysics, and other.
