Essay

Object of investigation - horizontal deformation of the Earth's surface; goal of investigation - establishing of necessary accuracy of geodetic measurements for determination of horizontal deformations of the Earth's surface at geodynamical test fields; methods of investigation and environment - analytical and numerical with application of repeated GPS measurements; theoretical and practical results allow to estimate parameters of horizontal deformations on the basis of coordinate differences and uncertainties of shift vectors determined from adjusted networks for each epoch, to establish necessary environment in dependence on a test field size, epoch differences and level of deformations; new technique of determination and accuracy estimation of parameters of horizontal deformations of the Earth's surface was developed; level of implementation: developed technique and algorithm were implemented in Ukrainian State Aerogeodetic Enterprise for determination and accuracy estimation of deformation parameters at Rivne atomic power station from repeated GPS measurements; field of application - local geodynamical test fields.
