Dialogical qualities of cognitive activity were determined in the dissertation. They are: tolerant attitude to other thoughts even if they are opposite; ability to motivate own position; ability to cooperate with partners of communication in the process of solving the tasks; ability to analyse own ideas, compare them with the points of view of partners of communication; ability to creative solving of problematical situations. It was determined that pedagogical influences of the teacher to senior pupils affected dialogical filling of motivate, content, operating sides of cognitive activity by: positive attitude to subject-subject interaction of partners of communication; proposing of creative tasks and problematical situations; stimulating of cognitive activity in the process of organization of educational discussions. The characteristics of cognitive situation, which activate personўs thinking and the development of dialogical qualities of cognitive activity were clearly defined: problematics which isevoked by different terms of the creative task and in such a way thoughtfull activity of a pupil is activated; cognitive disonanse, which is occured when the person has a problem and it is impossible to solve it with the help of stereotype method. The main ways of content, discrete, intellectually-reflexive, personally- reflexive influences on the development of dialogical qualities of cognitive activity of senior pupils were determined. Psychological and pedagogical conditions of the development of diological qualities of cognitive activity of senior pupils were clearly defined. They are: activation, due to respective teacherўs pedagogical influences, thinking of pupils, refinement of their thought opeerations, development of the critical ratio to own point of view and thoughts of other pupils and a teacher, abilities to understand the statements of the partners of communication,ground own opinions, submit new ideas and proposals.
