Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of the new approach in treatment of the patients with mitral valvular disease of rheumatic etiology, based on stage application of EHF-therapy in a complex with medicament's and sanatorium treatment. As a result of the conducted treatment activity of rheumatic process has decreased authentically. Stage EHF-therapy promoted improvement of function of external breath, processes repolarization of myocard, normalization of tissue breath; rendered positive influence on structural-geometrical, volumetric and functional parameters of heart, on the diastolic function of a right ventricle of heart, improving the parameters of transtricuspidal blood-flow. at the patients with mitral valvular disease of rheumatic etiology. The positive result of treatment is caused by anti-inflammatory and desensibilisation's actions of EHF-therapy, improvement of reological properties of blood, acceleration of current of reparative processes, normalization of the status immunology. Thereceived results testify to expediency of application EHF-therapy at stationary and sanatorium stages of treatment of the patients with mitral valvular disease of rheumatic etiology.
