Gorcha O. Using of reflex- and phytotherapy in restorative treatment of children who have the primary arterial hypertension

The dissertation is devoted to problems of the efficiency arising of restorative treatment of children, who have the primary arterial hypertension (PAH), using coplexes of reflex and phytotherapy in accordance with the stage of disease.Clinical and paraclinical and laboratory invertigations which were conducted on children who have the PAH: find out predominance of sympathicotony in transitor and labile stade of disease and vagotony during stable stage; hematodinamicy breaches, progressing from high hemodinamical shock to arised cirkumferenced resistance of blood flow; hyperuricemy, which are caused by excessive urine acid synthesis on early stages and are became, more extend because of urine salts elimination decreasing on stabile stade.It was substantiated the differentiated approach to using of elektropuncture, reflexogenious areas massage and phytotherapy during complex reabilitation of children with primary arterial hypertension in dependence on the stage of disease (perculiarities of repe forming for elektropuncture and phytotherapy, repeated courses multiplying, optimal parameters of methodics).It was determined, that complex differentiated using of reflex- and phytotherapy make the considerable hypothensive effect and stabilisetive influence on vegetative regulation. It also optimizes cinetical parameterens of cardioactivity and improves the local hemodinamics. Besides, it regulates processens of synthesis and excreting of urine acid of children with PAH in different stages and allows to decrease the medicamental load and the amount of relapses under the catamnestical observation.
