The object is burn patients, burn toxemia; the aims - to improve results and to reduce terms of treatment of the patients with thermal defeats ІІІ B and ІV degrees by realization of early surgical intervention; methods of researches-clinical, biochemical, immunological, the novelty - for the first time are determined influence early excision large deep burn wound to change of character of burn toxemia, new tactics of treatment is developed which results in reduction of septic complications, reduction of terms of treatment, improvement of functional results, are introduced in 5 regional burn center's; the area - combustiology.
