Smagin I. Integrative ideology and it's role in the system of the Administrative Reform

The object is the system of the ideological factors of the Administrative Reform; the aims is complex analysis of the ideological conception and nature of integrative ideology, determination of its place in the system of the ideological factors of the Administrative Reform; the methods are systems analysis, structure-functional analysis, sociological questioning, politological analysis of the valid legislation and official speeches of the President and governmental emploees; the new approach lies in - the concept of integrative ideology is injected into science of public administration. The substance and place of integrative ideology is defined within the framework of a public ideological field. The role of integrative ideology is defined during of administrative reforming; the main include on the basis of system point of view the structure of social ideological sphere and place of integrative ideology in it have been determined, the ways of inculcation and spreading of the integrative ideology have been determined, recommendations as for application of the results of the research in theory and practice of the Administrative Reform have been worked out; all these thesis has been developed by Korosten's Affiliate of Inter-regional Academy of Management of the Personnel; the field is Public Administration
