Object of research: it is elected various organizational - legal forms of an agricultural production in mountain zone Zakarpat'ja The purpose of research: the purpose of research is development of theoretical both methodical bases and a substantiation of prac-tical definition of a direction of development and increase of a production efficiency of cattle-breeding production in various forms of managing in mountain zone Zakarpat'ja. Methods: theoretical and methodological base of research is the dialectic method of knowledge, legislative and statutory acts of Ukraine, works domestic and foreign scientific - economists, the recommendation of the research organizations and world practice of conducting an agricultural production. Theoretical and practical results: conclusions and offers con-cerning creation of personal and other private enterprises of the rational sizes, perfection of conducting manufacture of forages feedbreading and a breeding affair, development of processing of production are directed on escalating of volumes of manufacture of high-quality non-polluting production of animal industries and increase of its efficiency. Scientific novelty: consists in a substantiation of the basic direc-tions of increase of a production efficiency of cattle-breeding production at reforming agrarian and industrial complex in spe-cific conditions of mountain zone Zakarpat'ja by development of rational models of economic structures on production of animal industries, development of the forecasted parameters of develop-ment of animal industries and manufacture of forages, substan-tiation of forms of integration of manufacture of cattle-breeding production with its processing and economic relations between participants of integration process. Degree of introduction: developments of the author are intro-duced into practice of reforming of agrarian and industrial com-plex of the Zakarpat'ja area and its mountain zone. Efficiency: use of results of research will promote increase of a production efficiency of cattle-breeding production in the house-holds of the mountain zone Zakarpat'ja.
